Berks Career and Technology part to the exceptional performance and success of our students, the Berks vocational and Technology Center (BCTC), which was established in 1968, is recognized as one of the top vocational and technical education facilities in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Each of BCTC’s two campuses in Berks County is spread across more than 23 gorgeous acres.
