For iPhone users exclusively, the Apple Fitness workout screen is now simple. There are only three things on it: a countdown metre showing how long is left in the workout, the remaining time of the current activity (for example, in kickboxing, the remaining time of the circuit), and the red ring showing the progress of daily calorie burn.
Once more, Apple Watch owners get extra metrics displayed on the screen, such as their heart rate and all three activity rings.
